Back in 1959, we opened our doors as the Eudora Meat Market, a full service processing facility and meat market. As times changed, more and more family farms shut down and our business had to change with the times or inevitably die off too. Hence, after years of recipe development, Hombre Beef Jerky was born!

We are a family business with quality control and freshness as our primary concerns when we make and market our special jerky and beef sticks, a difference you will swear by. We make our Hombre Jerky fresh 5 days each week and, unlike the jerky you buy at the store that may have set on a shelf for months, the jerky you order from us is hours old instead of months old!
